Merry-licious chocolate-trio box
Last Christmas we gave you chocolates, and the very next day, they were completely devoured. Truer words have never been said. For the previous festive season, we decided to treat our lovely clients with none other than a chocolate box that would satisfy all of their Christmas cravings. But this wasn’t any ordinary chocolate box, this was a PURE Concepts chocolate box.

First things first, let’s answer the easiest question of them all. Why chocolates? The answer is simple. Why not?! Everyone loves chocolate! (we have a 100% choco-lover rate at the office) However, we couldn’t settle for any other chocolates. After some craving-inducing brainstorming sessions, we decided to go with hand-painted artisan Belgian chocolate truffles.
A handful of tasty trips to a local chocolate maker later, we settled on three distinctively flavoured truffles. The scarlet-coloured Hazelnut, the gold-sprinkled Amaretto and the lavish Salted Caramel. Some months later and we still can’t agree on our favourite flavour! #TeamHazelnutForLife
When it came to packaging, we had all the creative freedom in our hands. We developed a clean and sophisticated style of packaging which stands out through its high quality, which underlines the premium look and feel of the truffles. We didn’t want to go for a simple box of chocolates – we wanted the experience of the box to feel much more than that. Choosing the right box was everything to us, so we created an inspiration moodboard from packaging of premium jewelry to encase our truffles in. A sleek rectangular box was created with a sliding outer shell, so the receiver would experience the beautifully crafted truffles revealed one by one when opening the box. The colour scheme had to also reflect this elegance that we were after. The gold and black colour combination is synonymous with elegance and luxury so it helped to really highlight the experience we wanted to give to our clients altogether.
The truffles were ready and the boxes were printed. All that was left was the assembling process! These boxes were assembled individually by our team members. After some hours of teamwork box assembling later – our tasty treats were on their way to workplaces and homes all around the island!
